Greencrest Development Corporation together with Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag IBIG Fund as we all known and the Philippine National Police of CALABARZON PRO-4A established Cazandra Homes Subdivision for the local police of CALABARZON PRO-4A and other Local Pag IBIG members.
Brief History of the Pabahay Project:
This Pabahay Project is planned and established to give affordable housing for all local Pag IBIG members.
Cazandra Homes is supported by the Generals of PNP CALABARZON from the history and generation:
Police Director James Andres B. Melad which is the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations
Then PCSUPT. Ronald V. Santos which is the Deputy Regional Director for Administration of Region 3.
And the Regional Director of PRO-4A CALABARZON PCSUPT. Richard A. Albano.
It is also supported by the Engineering Department of PNP headed by: PCINSP. Joseph Adelbert A. Alino.
This Pabahay Project desiminates Information Caravan before GDC launch the Pabahay Project . Greencrest Development Corporation Launches the Project to Camp Vicente Lim and different headquarters in laguna to be specified at BITIN, VICTORIA, BAY, and STA. CRUZ, LAGUNA.
Cazandra Homes subdivision which is chosen to be the 1st Pabahay Project for the Philippine National Police is started to Market since 2012. Then on the year 2013, The 1st stage of Land Development is Held on the said property which is to be located at Brgy. Banlic, City of Calamba, Laguna. After that, Cazandra Homes is Launches to the public. Greencrest Development Corporation reaches the 30 to 40% of Construction of the whole Cazandra Homes as of 2014 to present.

The Celebration is successfully launch On the 8th day of September 2015, Greencrest Development Corporation officially celebrated the 1st Opening of the Pabahay Project which is to be known as the 1st Inauguration Ceremony and House Blessing for the Cazandra Homes Pabahay project. The President of Greencrest Development Corporation Ms. Jocelyn T. Aliparo planned exactly to launch the Pabahay Project awarding on the exact day of the birth of virgin mary. On the said event, Greencrest Development Corporation officially awarded and turned over the keys on the PNP buyers of the Pabahay Project.
