A 4.6 hectares property in Abusnan, Bago City, Negros Occidental which is an addition to the low cost housing subdivision to be develop by Greencrest Development Corporation in Negros Occidental as part of the new milestone in developing affordable and quality housing units for both Pag-IBIG and non-Pag-IBIG members.
