Ms. Aliparo envisions to provide quality-affordable housing through excellence service and to generate a positive impact for socio-economic development on a regional and national platform.
In 2012, Ms. Jocelyn Tenorio Aliparo Garcia, who has 17 years of experience in various roles and endeavors, took over as majority stockholder of the Corporation, and a new Board of Directors, bases on new proportions of stock ownership, was constituted, which consisted -- besides Ms. Aliparo Garcia and Mr. Joel O. Galang -- of Atty. Isidro T. Hildawa, Ms. Ma. Zandra Clindy A. Garcia, and Mr. John Cydney Ross P. Velasco. Mr. Velasco was repalced by Atty. Ghel C. Navarozza in 2014. Atty Navarozza was replaced by Mr. Diomedes M. Banalo in 2015.
Its original incorporators and board of directors included, besides Ms. Bautista, Ms. Jocelyn A. Garcia, Ms. Corazon S. Flores, Mr. Joel O. Galang, and Ms. Wendy P. Landicho.
In 2022, Ms. Jocelyn appointed new Board of Directors alongside with her as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Corporation. Constituted are; Greencrest President - Ms. Ma. Zandra Clindy A. Garcia, Vice President for Operations - Ms. Maricel C. Nol, Corporate Secretary – Ms. Larcy A. Ballatan and Mr. Diomedes M. Banalo – Corporation Treasurer.
