We will also register to Philippine Green Building Council as a national benchmark for ecologically sound development in its Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) program. This means that global quality standards and eco-responsible measure are strictly monitores and quantifiably assured in constructing and maintaining our environment.

DEVELOPMENT STATUS

Now focusing on the early design stage, come 2019,the company will spend Php.50 Billion in the next 10 years to build Palawan Resorts and Development Plan (PRDP). Aside from the resorts and hotels where most of its concentration will be at, Palawan Resorts and Development Plan (PRDP) will have rows of mid-end to high-end residential estates with some properties having their own state-of-art security features and first-of-its kind luxury amenities.

With the development of the township, we will build commercial areas for offices, schools, banks, hospitals, churches, etc. together with integrated transportation system having its own port/wharf, airport and land vehicle terminals. The community will be also having its own integrated waste management system and local solar farm to generate and aid additional power while taking care of the environment.
